Deborah Hayden, President

Deborah Hayden, QA’s founder and chief statistician, brings over 20 years of statistical modeling expertise to each client project.  Prior to forming QA, she held multiple analytical and applied statistics positions with organizations such as United Airlines and USAA, developing predictive models utilizing the purchasing history of millions of customers.  She has an analytical academic background with a BA in Statistics and Psychology from Cornell University, and an MBA in Economics and Econometrics from University of Chicago, with Honors.
